We celebrate two of our favorite North Idaho forest friends, Douglas fir and Grand Fir, in this unique co-distillation. We hand-harvest the fragrant needles on the small twigs of young Douglas fir and Grand Fir trees earmarked for felling in conjunction with fire prevention and mitigation. Collected from trees growing on private land, protected from roadside contamination and sprays. t
