We first crafted Shinrin-Yoku during the pandemic, when enclosed winter spaces felt extra inhospitable in North Idaho. The fresh conifers offered their bright aroma along with antibacterial/antimicrobial properties that helped make every space feel warm, clear, and welcoming.
