Meet the Medicine All Around You

Join me in the Library Garden at the East Bonner County Library's Sandpoint branch for a free herbal/aromatic conversation! Learn about some of the medicinal herbs, aromatics, and trees growing in North Idaho, discover some of their properties and applications, explore processes and preparations for medicinal use, and experience their many expressions from fresh & dried plant material to infused oil, essential oil, and hydrosol. We'll explore the Library garden and surrounding environment to discover what common plants have medicinal value and create your own take-home formulation from sublime botanical waters and oils.
