WE WILL BE
closed*
UNTIL MAY 1st

*We will continue to blend (and fulfill outstanding orders), but we're otherwise shutting down operations during the build.

hey!

With this much big news to share, it made sense to just put it all right here on our home page.

First and foremost, we are scheduled to be closed through approximately 5/1/24 because, YES, finally, we are finishing the expansion and renovation of our on-site formulation studio and workshop. 🥳

That means after ten years of dreaming, talking, and plotting, we will soon have a complete, four-season formulating, teaching, and distilling space. I didn't want to jinx it by announcing it too soon, but construction is set to begin soon, so I've gotta get packed up and out of the guys' way!

Of course, that means blending and fulfillment will be paused for a few weeks while the new space is built out and set up.

Thankfully, our new space will make it so much easier for us to do what we do best at our scale and on our timeline. With this expansion, our farm-sourced botanical skincare and herbal/aromatic remedies will have an even more thoughtfully curated space in which to come to life. But, first, some chaos!

Speaking of patience, thank you for yours with us this winter. For those of you who came to know what was going on as I fumbled to keep up with your orders, I appreciate your willingness to meet us where we were. We're grateful to be on the other side of our loss and thankful for your grace and kindness.

After a tough winter fighting dearly for many things I love, and, occasionally, losing, I am extra grateful for the hope, renewal, energy, and courage that seem to accompany Spring.

It seems fitting that so many things are busting at their seams, including our beloved Untamed Alchemy...

and now feels like the perfect time for this renewal.

I've been tight in this bud for nigh on ten years; I bought this farm with this expansion in mind over a decade ago. After a LOT of hard work to navigate the many challenges that came up along the way, I feel profoundly blessed to be able to reflect and regroup as I prepare for this expansion and change.

Don't worry: I won't be idle while we're under construction. An insane amount of planning (and luck!) mean I'll be busy planting and expanding our farm gardens in the interim and I have all I need to hit the ground running (even labels, LAWD, remember the 2023 label journey?!).

All told, we are so excited for our 2024 season including both the farmers' market and on-site workshops.

Thank you so much for your support of our products, our purpose, and our ever-blooming business.

In the meantime, we appreciate your patience!

We can't wait to open up our classroom and shared spaces with you on the other side!
